Now that we are inside until spring, we will be doing so much. There will be a focus on nutrition and ways we can improve on what we eat and drink. Ask your children about what they are learning in PE. In addition to nutrition we will be we will be continuing to build upper body strength. This is an all year emphasis. I noticed last year how weak many of my student's upper body was. I am teaching simple and easy ways to build their upper body without weights and using their own body weight.
Sleep is another topic we will be covering. How much sleep to they need and the effects on their body when not enough sleep is achieved.
